Re taking awaiting call, I just press the answer button to switch between two phone calls.

Pressing the talks key followed by a long press of the number 2 will cycle
you through words, letters and original, whatever original is. You need to press talks each time you change it. Set that to letters and you're sorted.

Nokia N73 with Talks.  I had a call trying to get through on my mobile

morning, but I have no idea of how to put the original call that I was on, 
on hold and how to take the second.  I would really appreciate it if

could explain how to do this.
