it has been hugely oversubscribed and people have been told they will have
to wait 3 months in some cases because of the queue.
I would leave it alone for now if I were you.

phone line, UK phone calls from landlines and broadband at 21
pounds a month, could they let me know their impressions of it?
Is it reliable?
Does it also provide spam and virus checking and removal from
its own servers?
Can you get online easily?
Any noteworthy drawbacks, etc?
