I use IE 6, so 7 might work very differently. I have been with Audible for a
few months and rarely have experienced any problems.
Once logged on, there should be a link to your library. Then you should get
a list of all the books you have bought with options to download or stream. If
you choose download, you then have to choose a format using radio buttons. I
always choose format 4 which is the highest quality. Then you should find a
link to download the book. Some long books are split into two parts, and
downloading does take a little while, but not too long.
Using JAWS you can jump around the site with quick keys like H for headings,
and that should help you find the library link. Normally what you are looking
for is quite near the bottom of the page.

Listers, please could I ask those of you with some knowledge on this website
a question on behalf of a friend.
My friend has just purchased a book from
www.audible.co.uk
but he can't find the link to download it. He is using Internet Explorer 7
and JAWS 8, and even though he has tried the insert f7 feature in JAWS to bring
up the list of links, he cannot find the tab to download the book; it simply
isn't there.
Could any one suggest anything I might forward please?
