Thanks Iain, and everyone, this should keep him going. I'm sure he'll crack it
once he realises what link he needs to follow.

  Jackie
Your friend needs to open the My Library link in Audible. If the book
hasn't been downoaded, it will be in the New programmes link. Whatever link he
goes into, any book appears as a checkbox. Find the checkbox for the book and
then tab to the Get It Now link and press ENTER. On the screen which then
appears there is a series of radio buttons which allow the desired format to be
chosen. Select the required format, Tab to the Download Title link and press
ENTER. This should start the download process.

  Hope this helps.

Listers, please could I ask those of you with some knowledge on this
website a question on behalf of a friend.

My friend has just purchased a book from
    www.audible.co.uk
but he can't find the link to download it. He is using Internet Explorer 7
and JAWS 8, and even though he has tried the insert f7 feature in JAWS to bring
up the list of links, he cannot find the tab to download the book; it simply
isn't there.

Could any one suggest anything I might forward please?

    Many thanks.

    Jackie
