Billy,

I was thinking you were talking about Cable TV, but you refer here to a set top 
box, so perhaps I've misled you as the information I gave was for Virgin Media 
Cable.  Sorry if this is the case.

You do have a box with Cable, but it's not (to my knowledge) called a set top 
box and probably there lies the confusion.  We've always understood it's just a 
Cable box.  Hope that's OK!
