Hi again Carol. I had a look through my Audio Folder and came up with two items for your friend. Both are from Neil Ewers, formally from BCT. I have posted below SendSpace links for both items. The first is a Podcast by Neil on the DS50 recorder and the second is a Manual for the device. Neil is absolutely fantastic at reviewing items such as digital recorders so it's possible, your friend may get more out of the Podcast than going through the Manual, which is about 200 pages.
