[access-uk] Backup Program

Hi All
Using Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit
I would like some recommendations on a backup program. I have been using the
one included in Windows 7 but deleted a file of music in error and then found
although the entire drive was safely backed up I could not retrieve part of the
file only the entire file. I did download a trial of Casper but found that only
it does an image of the drive as an ISO file so sounds to me like the restore
is all or nothing again.
What I’m looking for is a program that will allow a scheduled update on a
weekly basis so I don’t have to worry about remembering to do it and will also
allow retrieval of selected parts of the archive. Karen’s Replicator came to
mind but seem to remember there are limitations and concerns mentioned about
this application but can’t recall what they are now. As I don’t use speech full
accessibility is not too much of a problem to me. Free would be nice but not
essential.
Any ideas and suggestions will be gratefully appreciated.
