[access-uk] Basic jaws scripts for Nebula DigiTV

I've got some basic jaws scripts for DigiTV. I wrote them for my personal use
but if anyone else wants them then send me an email and I'll pass them on.
to read out the name of the current show press Ctrl + 1 and pressing it twice
will read the program description.
Ctrl + 2 will read the info for the next program.
ctrl + shift + 1 gives some extra info in the virtual buffer like channel
number and whether there is currently any audio and video on screen.
Pressing the numpad + and numpad minus keys, will read out the channel name as
you navigate through them.
Pressing F2 and F3 displays the TV and radio context menus espectively instead
of the inaccessible overlay.
They're a bit flakey but I think that is due to the DigiTV software. The Ctrl +
1 and Ctrl + 2 keys sometimes stop showing the info for the current program you
are watching so in that case restarting digiTV will fix that.
