[access-uk] CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP a DEAF-BLIND Friend

Hi All,
I need some help for a deaf-blind friend who is on a couple of Yahoo lists and
hasn't been receiving outgoing messages from one person in particular and
thinks he's not getting other mail either, though he does seem to get replies
that I make.
I thought maybe it was a spam thing, but he doesn't know anything about spam
and, as he uses offline email, doesn't appear to have a spam folder that he
knows anything about.
I seem to recall that some while back there were problems with BT Internet mail
going into spam and people found a work around, or permanent fix.
If anyone knows anything about this or feels they could offer my friend some
help with this, please let me know.
