I have tried Chicken Nugget just now on my version of Windows 10 and it
seems fine.
Perhaps you have hidden the time line, I think it is alt win and H to
toggel this but I do not use Chicken Nugget much so someone else may be
able to offer a more useful keystroke.
I remember having a problem similar to this on Windows 7 and I had to
renable the viewing of the time line or window in Chicken Nugget.
I cannot honestly remember which keystroke I had to use.
I think there are people on the BCAB list who may be able to help with this.
