The only solutions I personally know of are paid products.
In the past I have used DVD AudioExtracter which has don a great job of
doing this.
I have not used it on Windows 10 but appears to have installed fine
despite my version being several years old now.
The alternative is to play the DVD in something like VLC and use a
product like Goldwave or Total Recorder to record the output from your
sound card as mp3.
Others may know of freeware solutions.
