Hi David, Yes, the Comet site is extremely difficult to get to grips with. If you don?t have sighted assistance it is a case of trial and error I am afraid. So, keeping that in mind, the way I do it is, as you have done, place the item in the basket, click on your basket to get the next step up, then click on ?home delivery?. It will ask you to enter a postcode and click ?submit?. You will then need to choose your address from the dropdown list, just press spacebar on this list and then you can cursor down. Once this has been completed the available dates appear. Look below the list of dates and you should see a list of options with tick boxes, some indicating ?free? and others indicating a price such as £9.00 or £10.00. If you want ?free? delivery, then check the first tickbox in the list that indicates ?free? and then click ?continue. Scroll down past the area which requires you to enter your details and you should see the delivery date you chose on the previous page. If this is OK, then complete the details and go to payment. The voucher option will/should be on that page for you to enter the code. A bit of a mess, but I am not sure whether it is JAWS or the structure of the page that makes it so difficult, I suspect it is the page design. HTH. John. Firstly, I can find the item I want, and put it into the basket. What I cannot do is to arrange a date for home delivery. The dates are there, but I am unable to select the one I want. I am using Jaws 13. Secondly, I am lucky enough to have a money off voucher for use at Comet, but I cannot find anywhere to insert the details and thus obtain my discount. It does give you an opportunity to save your basket, and below this it says use a voucher, but I cannot activate this at all. Any help would be very much appreciated. David
