They should definitely provide instructions in alternative formats for their own products, but the RNIB are resellers of many of the products they sell, so I would have thought that it is really down to the original manufacturers to provide the alternative format. Still, the RNIB should insist that it is part of their practice as a reseller that all manufacturers provide instructions in alternative formats.
