Pele, Do you want to keep the picture or would you be happy with just the audio.

If the latter you could use something like Goldwave and connect your video to your computer's line-in.

If you want both, you'll need either a DVD recorder video combi, or a DVD recorder that you can connect to your Video player, or a piece of software on your computer that can record from your video, that will need to be connected to your PC.

I did try to do this some time ago, but couldn't find an accessible piece of software. I bought a DVD/Video combi for this exact purpose but you have to use menus and I've never had the time to get someone to talk me through the process.

As you can probably tell I haven't been able to copy my videos. Maybe someone else will be able to come in with a more positive experience.

Hi Everyone

I know this question has been asked before, but I was not interested so did not
pay attention to the answers.

We still have a video recorder and a number of videos. What is the easiest way
to convert them? Can i connect the video recorder to my PC and use some kind
of software to do it that way, or do I have to buy a box of some kind?
