Hi Steve

I have the same problem. The HDMI pass through doesn't feed the audio from the Apple TV to the digital out but does to the tv.

We can ask Tvonics if it is possible to route the HDMI audio to the digital out.

Paul

Subject: [access-uk] HDMI Input on TVonics

Hi There,

I have my apple tv connected to the TVonics via HDMI 1 input on the unit. I have a optical digital connector connected to an Arcam DAC from the TVonics.
I can get audio no problem from the TVonics but as soon as I switch to the
Apple tv by chaning the input on the TVonics to HDMI 1 I loose audio where
it should be playing the audio from the Apple TV. If I turn the TV itself
up, I get the audio from the Apple TV. So, the HDMI is carrying the audio
ok but it is not being transferred out via the optical out to the DAC.

Any ideas please?

Steve
