Hello, I was wondering if someone here could advise on the following as it's starting to drive people here up the wall. We have 2 BT Diverse 6450 cordless phone handsets which we've had for about 18 months. For the last few months the length of time the phones hold charge has decreased to the point where we almost try not to use the phones at all. Another problem is, for example, if we receive a call, answer it, talk for say a minute or so and then end the call. If we try to make another call the buttons on the phone just stop responding (no beeps as you press them) and we have to put it back on the charger. That's alongside the constant phones going dead half way through calls, and not working even when having been laid on the charger for a few hours. Anyone know if there is a way to hard reset the phones or firmware or something, other than just pulling the base station from the mains socket for a day or so? Or can you buy replacement batteries for it, and if so, is it worth it? If the worst comes to the worst, can anyone recommend a good replacement to buy once we throw this one out? Thanks, from an increasingly frustrated me in an even more chilly Aberdeen. ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
