[access-uk] DELL PowerVault RD1000?

hello list,
when looking for an alternative back up system, at first, I was thinking of a
high capacity tape or dat drive, however, the ones that hold more than 80GB,
seem to come with a super high price tag, so I was wondering if anyone has had
any experience of the DELL PowerVault RD1000 back up system, which, according
to the info I have found, seems to have 300GB cartridges, and doesn't seem to
carry a super high price.
I would like to hear anyone's experiences of this device if possible please,
before I go and spend anything.
