Hi Doris, Alt+F4 doesn't work. Yes, it closes the window but it remains on the Taskbar so when I do Alt+Tab it's back in the list. It will,however, pop up when you recieve a call but you can then minimize it to the systray again. You can also create a hotkey to toggle skype from the systray into focus and back again. This is found in skype's options dialog in the hotkey section.
