Well, I went for the coward's way out in that respect and subscribed to iTunes Match.

I know that, Iain, it's all the juggling afterwards, getting music on to the phone that's no fun really! I can do it but don't like it at all. Carol P----- Original Message ----- From: "Iain Lackie" <ilackie@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

I know this is nothing really to do with the subject line, but ripping CDs with iTunes is really incredibly easy. Unless you have homemade CDs, it's as easy as putting the CD into the drive and saying yes to having it ripped.Iain-----Original Message----- From: Carol.Pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxSent: Saturday, January 10, 2015 1:22 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxSubject: [access-uk] Re: Downloading Books to IPhone With Utility Used For OverDriveTrouble is, we have lots of music and we're still having to put some on tocomputer from time to time. If you purchase from ITunes it's easy enough to get it onto the Cloud, but not so straightforward if you have to copy CD's.Carol P----- Original Message ----- From: "Saqib Hussain" <saqibh23@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, January 10, 2015 9:46 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Downloading Books to IPhone With Utility Used For OverDriveHi. I haven't used iTunes for at least 3 years now and that's because cloud storrage is the way to go. It's such a nightmare piece of software. Pity I don't like ITunes either and use it only when I really have to! If you want to read Overdrive books using an iPhone,I would recommend using an app such as Voice Dream Reader to do the job, having first downloaded the book on to your computer. This in my view makes the reading much easier thanwith the Overdrive app. Iain From: Carol.Pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, January 8, 2015 10:17 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxSubject: [access-uk] Downloading Books to IPhone With Utility Used ForOverDrive Hi all,I'm specifically interested to know if any of you do download your books from OverDrive directly onto the IPhone and, if so, how the whole processworks when selecting files for download, getting the utility etc. Thiswould not be my preferred method, but I am interested to know how easy thisprocess is for those using IPhones or do you really need to be using a computer first to get the books you want?Sorry, but I haven't followed all this thread and now need to know factsbefore I possibly have a go at this for myself.
