Hello darren,You need to go onto the BBC site to the Contact Us link and make a complaint.
I have tried to find any means of streaming programs from the last 7 days but had no success. Apparently, you have to be able to see a graphic to be able to use it. However, whatever you need to do, it's nowhere near reasonably accessible and would not meet any kind of W3C standards.
