Hi Marg I created an address book using the dymo software, my printer is a 320, which is yours? I entered the prog, got up a new label, wrote the address in it and then saved address book, gave it a name and place to store it and it was done, now, every time I enter the prog the address book comes up automatically, if you're still stuck let me know and I'll have a further nose around as I've forrgotten specifics already. I have a Dymo label printer which is wonderful, but I am having trouble in two areas: the labels don't print from the top, in other words the address appears halfway down one label and onto the next. I don't know how to create and use an address book. Do I do it through MS Word, or is there another way? If someone could kindly e-mail me off-list I would be most grateful. Many thanks.
