Have you selected the correct size of label. That's a
common problem.

Hello
I have been off list for some time and have probably missed
all the info I now require.
I have a Dymo label printer which is wonderful, but I am
having trouble in two areas: the labels don't print from the
top, in other words the address appears halfway down one
label and onto the next. I don't know how to create and use
an address book. Do I do it through MS Word, or is there
another way?
If someone could kindly e-mail me off-list I would be most
grateful.
