Julie, The Accessibility version of the Kindle Application for Windows PC also 
permits text-to-speech for books that are not TTS enabled on the regular Kindle 
and regular Windows application for users in the U.S., Canada, U,K. and 
Australia.  So I recommend the accessible version for all blind and V.I. users 
since it will read non-enabled TTS as well.
