[access-uk] Email reply text?

Hi all, I see sometimes that people have different text before the original
message in their reply emails. So, for example, some people have "original
message" followed by the subject and sender info, and some people have things
like on <date> at <time>, <person> wrote. So, how would I go about changing
this setting in Outlook Express?
