It may go to the correct person Derek. That person may not be in the office and the e-mail may be opened by another in their abscence. I have always been asked not to send my Card details in an e-mail but to phone up with them instead. I am sure that is as unsecure but it is something wer do all the time. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Derek Hornby" <derek.hornby_uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [access-uk] Emails security

Hi All
I am aware that it's not a good idea to put credit card details in an
email.
But what's the actual reason.
I mean surely the chances of an email correctly addressed, Going to
the wrong address, is less likely compared to postal mail
Being delivered to wrong address!

Regards, Derek
