I don't know, I sort of assumed this because of book share. After all
private people scanned those books before uploading them to book share, yes?
Also, I am from America and it is my understanding you guys can't use book
share. If what you say is the truth then it seems to me you should do what
you can to change the laws over there. You had a blind guy in government
who was pretty high up there who could have helped with issues such as
these it seems to me. On the other hand, if he had been more interested in
issues concerning the blind community and had taken better care of his
personal life he might not have been disgraced.
