I would try ifooty plus, although it's a paid app, it might be what your
looking for. not ifooty on its own as this doesn't give push notifications
etc, but the plus version should have what you want.

Hi, I'm just wondering what people are doing to listen to football
commentaries either on their IPhones or on their PCs. I can't stand Talk
Sport and they are doing United's commentary this evening and I'm trying to
find a way of listening to the match without listening to Talk Sport or
subscribing to MU TV.
