Hi Jinna and all

I've been using 195 on T-mobile for over 4 years now and have never been charged for it as long as your account with T-mobile is registered and your registered as having a visual impairement so any other information is rubbish. don't worry the 0800 number will be charged to UK mobiles as we don't get many services free with T-mobile or mostly any other network providers but calling them off a house phone or business phone is free. but mobile numbers that are 0800 or 08000 aren't free just to let you know, and one of you was right, if you call a free phone number for a landline on your mobile, with T-mobile give you a recorded message informing you that the call is chargeable
I hope this helps

Hi

I just requested my pac from Vodafone and transferred to T-Mobile. T-Mobile
told me that 195 was free for the first minute then it would cost 65 pence
per minute.

Subject: [access-uk] Free Directory enquiries

Hello everyone,

I have just called the new free directory enquiries service, 0800 100 100,
on my mobile phone on T-Mobile. I heard the message saying I would be
charged at the standard rate and to press star to continue, and upon doing
this an operator answered asking which number I required. I think this must

depend on which network you are on how you are charged for the call. I am
registered with BT's 195 landline service. does anyone know if you are
charged for calling this number on a mobile using T-Mobile, or do you have
to register as with Vodafone?

Best wishes,

Clive Pallett
