You may already know about this, but I stumbled upon it today. For step by step
tutorials with downloadable practice files go to
www.gcflearnfree.org/
Simply type in the search box what you want to learn about, such as mail merge,
Outlook appointments etc and select from the search results. The tutorials are
simple to follow and best of all they are free! I think they also do Apple
tutorials
