How frustrating. You could be forgiven for sending a sarcastic reply, but
that probably wouldn't get you anywhere. Perhaps you need to explain that
you use a screen reader, describe what a screen reader is and how it can't
read graphics.

If you can't create an account, we recommend deleting your browser's cookies
and temporary internet files and then close all your browsers and try
