Wow. How ignorant. Perhaps you could change the subject line to 'Staff not
reading my message properly' or 'Please read carefully'. Then give them a
few simple definitions, such as:

Blind: Not being able to see anything, including graphics.
Screen reader: Programme that enables my computer to read out loud any text
on the computer, but not graphics.
Graphics: Non-textual picture that cannot be read by a screen reader.

Then explain your problem again adding that other sites have an audio
verification as a reasonable adjustment for visually impaired people.

Barry

Oh dear, look again. I'm sure this is not a machine, it's people who aren't
bothering to read the email properly!

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Customer Support at MySpace.com

If you are having trouble with entering your verification code, you might
try the following:

Use all lower case letters

Do not use a space between any of the letters

Press each key carefully and individually

Watch out for the letters "v", "x" and "y".

If you find that the html for your background is missing, it may have been
removed because of faulty coding or there was a violation of the Terms of
Service. Please be careful pressing links from strangers and do not use
inappropriate images.

If this does not address your issue completely, please press "Reply" and
provide any additional information you feel is relevant.

Dear Sir,

I cannot create the profile because I can't see the captcha in order to do
so! I want to use this email address, which I have done, creating, or, at
least, trying to create the first part of the account.
I'm afraid that you do not understand the problem. The problem is, that, as
a blind person, I cannot see the capcha, or image which I have to verify to
create my Myspace account. The screenreading software which I use cannot
read this image, so I am hoping that you could help me set up my account. I
have
already submitted the first part, but can now not get past the image
verification process.
Thanks
Ari

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Customer Service at MySpace.com.

Unfortunately, your request cannot be fulfilled. The email/log on address
you provided does not have a profile attached to it.

Thank you.

Hello,

If you can't create an account, we recommend deleting your browser's cookies
and temporary internet files and then close all your browsers and try
signing up again.

(Note: Mac users should use Safari or Firefox.)

Make sure you didn't add any spaces at the end of your email address or
verification code.

If someone is using your email address please send us an email from that
email address to verify you are the legal owner and we will be able to
delete that fake profile.

If you are shown an error message when attempting to create an account,
please copy and paste it into the body of your reply email.

If this does not address your issue completely, please press "Reply" and
provide any additional information you feel is relevant.
