When you try and open it you get a screen saying that the product is licensed and some copyright info from Microsoft. I also have outlook express 2000 on the system and I can get into this ok but when I try and import my messages from outlook express the programme crashes. I am using xp home with all current updates, I've run spy doctor and AVG and can't find anything obviously wrong with either programme. Also using jaws 8 although was still using 7 when the problem started and still have it on the system. Likewise with IE am now using 7 as thought that there would be an outex 7 as well which there isn't so was still using 6 when the problem started. I have only seen a similar problem once before on a PC and was able to resurrect it by copying the executable file from the programme files to the desktop but this isn't;to ,working for me in this case either. If anyone can throw any light on this before I reformat the machine or at least try and take it back to the last known good comfig then I will be very grateful. Cheers! Graham
