Carol, You need to check the checkbox that precedes the sender information of one or more messages and then use the More Actions combo box that appears at the top and the bottom of the table of messages. This should contain an item called Apply label and under that there is a list of the labels you've set up. Beware that later in the combo box list there is a Remove label item followed by the list of labels again. Choose the one under the Apply Label heading and then press the Go button that comes after the combo box. That will apply the label to the checked messages and unchecks them. You should also find there is a heading 2 called Labels on the page. Underneath this is a list of the labels you've set up, each of which is a link. You can use these to open a new screen that gives the messages with that label. But just wanted to say you can use labels in the basic html view. If you go to settings, then labels; from there you can add, remove and edit labels... I have however played a little in its normalmode and certainly tried this out a little because I wanted to start tousethe labels feature. ... Now I got into trouble ... I just didn't findaway with Jaws of making a label and putting any text on that label. Can this be done with Jaws on the WEB, or is it a feature we'resadlyhaving to do without? I do hope not!
