Does anybody have the I-Pal and is it as good as it sounds?

Hi Eleanor,

The Opticbook 3600 is a good scanner for thick books. About 250 pounds, but
probably cheaper on Amazon.

All the best

Steve

Hi

Some time ago a good scanner for this purpose was mentioned. I looked through
all my files but do not seem to have retained that e-mail though i am sure it
is filed somewhere. Please can someone tell me the name of the scanner, a
possible supplier and the cost. It cost somewhere in the region of three
hundred pounds and there was even another mentioned in the region of six
hundred. Maybe if anyone is using these scanners they would e-mail me off list
at eleanorburke@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx I want to get a new scanner but want one which
will scan books with possibly over two thousand pages!!!

Eleanor
