I made enquiries about this as I understood it was free. Clearly I was wrong. From the digital switch over people they have told me I would have to pay £40 unless I am in receipt of benefits. Can someone clarify this for me please? Why are the RNIB selling it at £80.10p if I can purchase it cheaper elsewhere?
