I have been using Virgin Media for some years now. I play their TV and radio services through my HiFi system, I do not have a TV set.
I was harrassed by the licensing authority for a few years and then received an Email from the RNIB telling me that if I did not have a TV receiver and played everything through a |HiFi system I would not need a TV licence. That's what the situation is for me now and has been for a long time.
