Carol -

Haven't solved it, but I can always go back to the Access site to view my basket and check out from there; not ideal having to use both sites, but at least the .com site gives me the added product info I want.

Subject: [access-uk] HAS ANYONE SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF THE MISSING BASKET?

Hi all,

I just wondered if anyone has solved the problem of the "missing basket"
from Tesco's? Is there any particular way that avoids losing it? Has
anyone learned that Tesco intend/do not intend to fix this one?

I've started using the main site now but am finding it infuriating that
my basket disappears overnight!

Thanks for any info.
