I think I understand you're saying that, once a basket is started (as in my current case), you have to go that way to collect the started basket; otherwise (with no basket started) you can just "Start Shopping". I'm just off to continue shopping anyway . . .. Thanks for your help, Sandra. -- Carol carol.pearson@xxxxxxxxxxxx -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sandra Henshall Sent: Tuesday, April 26, 2005 9:11 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: HAS ANYONE SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF THE MISSING BASKET? Hi Carol, Maybe I didn't explain very well. You don't go that way in to start shopping, you shop as normal from your favourites or whatever. If you leave the basket half done and log in to finish it off later, that's the way you have to go in to get back to the basket you've already started. Now I've probably muddied the waters even further. Come back to me if I've made a mess of it. Cheers, Sandra.
