Hello Sandra, Many thanks for writing. I'm using TDK discs, and, as I have said, all the .wav files play OK on my computer. There is a help file connected to the error message, but this simply says obvious things like do not use other programs while burning, and don't touch the playing surface of the CD. I've never had problems burning a CD from another CD, but these files are podcast I've downloaded from Tweet of the Day. Out of seven CD's I've tried burning, three came up with errors. With best wishes, Keith -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Whizza Sent: 14 January 2015 16:20 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Help with Express Burn, please Hello Keith, I use Express Burn all the time but afraid I haven't come across this particular error message yet. My first thought was that it was the CD itself that perhaps wasn't empty but since you said the CD's were okay, I have to say I'm not sure what this is at all. If you do find out, please post a message so I'll know what to do if I get this particular error. Would it be worth contacting NCH to see if they can help you out? Sorry I can't be more helpful.
