Hi Pele

Ok thanks for this, I have done what I needed it for but
still have to sort out the other parts of my question. It is
easy when you know how. is there a list of useful formulae
anywhere?

Regards

Adrien

Hi Adrien

I can answer the first part of your question, I think.

You can put a formula in Column C

=sum($b$138:b139)

Put this in C139 then copy it to all the columns up to C711.

The $ sign means it will always start adding from B138.

As for totalling for each month, do you have a column to
show that the month has changed?
