Hi Andy, If that happens, simply run Narrator, go to Programs, Jaws, Tools I think it is, and Video Chain Manager, or whatever it is, and re-enable it. Don't forget, we always have Narrator to fall back on. It is not perfect, but it works in these situations. To run Narrator, press Windows-R to go to the run menu, and just type narrator and press enter.
