I haven't used any that I could recommend offhand, but you might like to look at a specialist website like
www.vitalise.org.uk
just to see what they are using for blind and visually impaired people to give you an idea.

Action for Blind People might also have some info, but that's just a guess since I know they have hotels in this country.
