[access-uk] IE's Information Bar

Whats the keystroke for accessing IE's Information Bar? I need to
install an activeX control in order to use the MS update site but I
can't find it anywhere - I exited the site, turned my popup blocker off
and went back but it still didn't work...ta muchly
