Oh cool! I was doing it wrong. Was doing alt+n before a popup had been
blocked thinking it would open up a menu with options to change. Just
did it when a popup was blocked and was able to access the options you
said about...ta

Sunil, I haven't a clue.  Usually, when I hear the click sound that lets
me 
know a pop up has been blocked and then I press Alt plus N, I'm focused
on 
the information bar and then I can press the context menu key and get
the 
choices.  Sorry I can't help.
