Hi, Came across this from RNIB, and thought it might be of interest to some:

"RNIB have been approached by a number of customers of the online bank
ING Direct about difficulties that they have experienced in accessing
their accounts following the introduction of a new customer log in
procedure which is not accessible to screenreaders. We are currently
investigating the possibility of taking a case under the Disability
Discrimination Act. If you are a customer of ING direct and have
experienced difficulties with the new procedures RNIB would like to hear
  from you. Please email <mailto:DDAenquiries%40rnib.org.uk>
DDAenquiries@xxxxxxxxxxx with your experiences
and one of our DDA team will be in contact".
