Hi all.Actually, my iPod doesn't charge right away when it is fully run down. I plug it in, but don't hear the hardware connect sound for some twenty minutes later. I would say just give it time and it should charge momentarily. If it doesn't, take it to your nearest Apple store.
Good luck. Take care. Chris Hallsworth Sent from Thunderbird On 08/06/2011 13:06, ANDY COLLINS wrote:
Hello all - Got my Touch hooked up to my PC, and Itunes running. Usually when I open the 'devices' level of the tree view, it says the IPod name, and charging battery, and what the percentage charge is. However this time, although Itunes can see my IPod, it doesn't seem to be charging the battery. With the actual IPod itself, I have no sound, as if the battery is completely dead [it may well have fully run down] usually when I hook it up, it starts charging immediately. Using the wall charger makes no difference either. Anybody experienced this? Andy
