Hi,

Well, it's not difficult if you know how to do it, but I know it's a little
more complicated than a one key stroke and more difficult than we'd really
like it to be. (There was once a script written for this for an earlier
version of JAWS but I'm not sure if that still exists or even if it works
now.

OK, here's what you can do!

1)    CTRL+R to reply to the original message;

2) Cursor down just a couple of lines and you'll see the writer's
address;

3) Cursor to the first character of that address (omitting any name you
find in quotes or a > (Less Than) sign;

4)    Press Shft+End to highlight to the end of the line;

5) Still holding down the Shift key, cursor back (probably over a space
and the > sign) so that you hear the > (Greater Than) spoken but no further;

6)    Press CTRL+C to copy that information to clipboard;

7)    Shft+TAB a few times to reach the "To" field in the address;

8) Press CTRL+A to highlight all of the address that is currently in the
field, IE, Access-UK;  and, finally,

9) CTRL+V to paste in the address you have in the clipboard.

Now you can tab back to the main editing field and write what you please.

I don't know what feedback you get using HAL or Window-Eyes, but the
principle would work the same way because they're all WINDOWS commands.

Yes, it sounds bad but actually (with a little practice) can be achieved
quite quickly.

HTH:
