[access-uk] Internet Connection

I’ve just come back from not having internet connection for a few days. It
would appear downloading and installing Dropbox ox caused something to be
switched off. I've finally regained connection by doing a System Restore. I
want to re-install Dropbox but I’m loathe to do so until I can find out the
caused of my previous problem. Has anyone any ideas please.
