As of iTunes 12.1 it is no longer accessible with Jaws 16 and possibly earlier versions of Jaws as well in Column Browser mode.

However you will find this is a problem restricted to Jaws only.
NVDA and Window-Eyes still works fine with iTunes 12.1 in column browser mode so if you have access to either the free NVDA or alternatively Window-Eyes for Office you can still access itunes in the nornmal normal way.

I have emailed support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to notify them of this problem but it is worth other Jaws users doing this as well as this will increase pressure for them to resolve this.

Hi all,
I updated Itunes last night and thought it would be fine.....I am using Jaws
16 and Windows 7. Everything updated fine but now I can't find the list of
songs in my Itunes library. If I tab around I volume, next the name of the
song, then actions and the time remaining, I tick my music and after that
there is a list and then the number of songs that are there. Where the list
should be it just says button. My husband can see the list of songs but it
won't read it to me, is there some way I can get it back?
