As of iTunes 12.1 it is no longer accessible with Jaws 16 and possibly
earlier versions of Jaws as well in Column Browser mode.

However you will find this is a problem restricted to Jaws only.
NVDA and Window-Eyes still works fine with iTunes 12.1 in column browser
mode so if you have access to either the free NVDA or alternatively
Window-Eyes for Office you can still access itunes in the nornmal normal
way.

I have emailed support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to notify them of this problem
but it is worth other Jaws users doing this as well as this will increase
pressure for them to resolve this.
